Order Confirmation
You will receive an email with a confirmation number within 24 hours of placing your order.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept payments through PayPal.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to destinations within the state of California are charged sales tax. Orders shipped to any other state will not be charged sales tax.
Shipping
We ship via UPS unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. We ship to locations within the 48 contiguous states. UPS offers Ground, 3 day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. To calculate shipping costs, simply add the products and quantity you wish to purchase into your shopping cart and after entering your ship to address, choose the shipping option you want. The shipping costs will show in the lower right hand corner.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email with UPS tracking number(s). You can track your order at www.ups.com.
How Long until I receive my order?
Most products,unless backorderd, will ship within 3 days. Processing times do not include shipping transit time. Example: a product with a 1-3 business day processing time, if ordered on Monday with 2nd Day Air shipping, will arrive on Thursday at the earliest and no later than the following Monday. You may select a shipping method during checkout. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products (unless they are personalized) to us for a refund. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. Once we have received your products, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your purchase, the cost to ship your order to you will be deducted.
Please not some items are non-returnable. These items include personalized, edible, perishable, sample, clearance and special order items.

Our website uses secure socket layer (SSL) cerified to encrypt all of your personal information.
Use of your Personal Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To deliver goods to you that you ordered directly from us
- To deliver electronic services, such as newsletters or downloads that
you request
- To help us create and publish content most relevant to you.
- To alert you to amendments, corrections, special offers, updated
information and other new services from Party Gifts and Favors, if you so request.
- To allow you access to limited-entry areas of our site as appropriate.
This information is also required to fill your order, to contact you if we have questions, or to send email with special offers.
We do not share your information including your email address with anyone - ever.
